Job summary

sneakybird is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Queen Creek, AZ location to support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of hospitality and quality.

You will coach team members, manage scheduling, handle guest concerns, ensure health and safety compliance, and contribute to a positive work environment. Must have ServSafe and prior supervisory experience in food service or hospitality. Competitive compensation includes base pay and tip pool.

Qualifications

• Must have MANAGERS SERVSAFE certification or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory or assistant management experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Lead and motivate team members with coaching and feedback.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by upholding service standards and addressing guest concerns.
• Support food quality and safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock orders.
