Job summary

Marcus Theatres in Illinois is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead guest service operations, coach a team, and ensure smooth theatre performance.

You will hire, train, and develop associates, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with hiring, training and associate development.
• Evaluate key performance indicators to drive guest satisfaction and results.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic into the theatre.
