Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced cinema environment. You will coach associates, assist with hiring and training, and ensure daily theatre operations run smoothly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Execute systems and processes to keep the theatre running smoothly.
• Assist with hiring, training and associate development.
• Evaluate KPIs to drive guest satisfaction and business results.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the theatre.
• Follow directions from theatre and corporate management.
