Responsibilities include managing files, running reports, handling evictions coordination with counsel, and ensuring readiness of model apartments, with a focus on retention and professional, courteous engagement with residents.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests with courteous, effective service.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs with unit walk-throughs.
• Communicate with outside legal counsel during evictions.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files; enter data into property management software.
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedures.
• Collect deposits and process applications from future residents.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and company policies.
• Coordinate with apartment locator services and local businesses; provide informational material.
• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
