Job summary

Holiday Oil is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pleasant Grove to support daily operations, drive customer service, and help manage staff and inventory. The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will supervise team members, manage cash, monitor stock levels, ensure safety compliance, and assist with scheduling and performance. Retail experience and strong communication are a must.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Open/close stores across Sunday–Saturday.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must have a safe driving record; Utah Driver's License.
• Willing to submit to MVR monitoring.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.


• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
