Job summary

Holiday Oil in Eagle Mountain is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service. You will assist with inventory control, cash handling, and daily reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has retail経験, strong communication, and a willingness to open/close the store on a Sunday–Saturday schedule. Utah driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday.
• Familiar with cash registers & POS; basic math.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.

Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
