Job summary

WHBM at KnitWell Group in Nashua, NH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven shopping experience. You will lead a team, build community connections, and ensure daily operations reflect our brand standards.

You will hire, develop, and coach associates, manage inventory and floor replenishment, uphold policies, and drive omni-channel selling. Flexible availability, 18+, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Must be at least 18 years old. 3 years of retail management experience preferred. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
