KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the White House Black Market store in Greenville, DE. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth store operations.

You will mentor associates, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. This role requires flexible availability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience.
