Description

Responsible to the cinema manager for various support duties. Hours very according to show times.

• Leads by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a team-first approach while making decisions based on what is best for Pella Cinemas and its guests.
• Responsible for opening and closing the cinema without direct supervision.
• Lead Cinema associates to ensure that service and quality at the concessions is of a high standard.
• Oversee cleaning and restocking of concessions and make sure that all theaters are cleaned properly.
• Plan duties for all staff to complete during the times the movies are playing.
• Need general knowledge of the projector system so you can troubleshoot any issues while showing the movies.
• Assist manager as needed with training and supervising of all associates.
• Prepare deposit and take deposit to the bank nightly.
• Display a clean and neat appearance
• Shift hours may vary including evenings, weekends, and college closure periods.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Must be willing and available to work evenings and weekends.
