Huck’s Food and Fuel in Hannibal, MO is seeking a Market Associate Manager to lead shift operations, supervise staff, and support overall store performance. You will ensure fast, friendly service, uphold cleanliness, and help implement company standards on a daily basis.

The role offers an opportunity to grow within an employee-owned company, with training and development, and a pathway to store management as openings arise. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, using the intercom when applicable.
• Monitor shift hours and assist in covering manager shifts.
• Lead and train associates to maintain Best In Class standards.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, policies and store procedures.
• Maintain proper uniform, appearance, and cash handling accuracy.
