Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Minnesota to develop into a future leader who will partner with the GM to drive store performance and guest satisfaction. The AGM focuses on daily operations, coaching the team, and delivering day-making experiences for guests.

You will be mentored to think strategically about store growth, financials, and cross-store leadership while fostering a culture that reflects Caribou’s values.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service commitment and orientation.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of a GM over a year.
• Creates joyful connections with guests and teaches teams to do the same.
• Drives store goals through speed, service, and problem-solving; resolves issues calmly and professionally.
• Keeps a broad view of Profit & Loss and administrative tasks to support store success.
• Manages all store funds on shift and enforces cash-handling policies.
• Places, receives, and verifies orders; conducts inventory; rotates stock.
