Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop team toward General Manager level within a year.
• Create a joyful store environment and teach teammates to do the same.
• Drive sales through fast, accurate service and strong guest connections.
• Lead on problem resolution with calm, professional communication.
• Oversee cash handling, store funds, and accuracy of daily transactions.
• Manage orders, inventory, waste, and date controls to protect profitability.
• Collaborate with GM to align store results with district and company goals.
