Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Lakeville, MN to grow into a GM role and lead store operations with a growth mindset. You will mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders while driving guest experiences and sales performance.

The AGM will collaborate with the GM to manage daily store operations, oversee inventory, and uphold Caribou’s core values. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for development, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
• Willingness to work at least mornings/evenings/holidays/weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Preferred: Driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Develops understanding of the business toward GM level within a year
• Creates joyful connections with guests and teaches the team to do the same
• Hits sales goals through fast and friendly service and problem resolution
• Manages cash handling, inventory, and daily administrative tasks
• Maintains an open, trusting relationship with the GM and leads with Caribou’s core values
