Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Assistant Manager with fast-food, QSR, or fast-casual management experience who is ready to grow into full-service casual dining. You’ll lead operations, coach teams, and focus on guest satisfaction, quality, and sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-food/QSR/fast-casual environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on developing teams.
• Willingness to learn full-service restaurant operations and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support Front-of-House and Back-of-House full-service operations.
• Lead daily operations while driving guest satisfaction, quality, and sales.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Build knowledge of P&L management, labor, food costs, and key restaurant KPIs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and operational execution.
