Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager in California to lead a team and ensure every customer leaves inspired by a great in-store experience.

You will work with the Store Management Team to model service excellence, hire and train Associates, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining an engaging store atmosphere.
