Job summary

Tilly's Inc. is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team and ensure customers receive an amazing Tillys Experience.

The role focuses on modeling exemplary service, guiding sales behaviors, and maintaining a vibrant store environment. You will hire, train and develop a strong team of Associates, oversee daily store operations, and collaborate to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding guest service.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. It starts with modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors, but it also means hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth execution of Store operations, creating a great Store environment, and so much more!
