Job summary

Tilly's Inc. in Brandon, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team part-time. You will model outstanding service, supervise a team of Associates, and support daily store operations to create a memorable in-store experience for customers.

You'll lead by example, train new hires, handle customer concerns, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals while ensuring a positive, energetic store environment.
