Job summary

Tillys in Sugarland, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team. You will lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and operations.

You will hire, train and develop a talented team of Associates, coordinate scheduling, and ensure smooth store execution. This is a part-time role that leverages strong leadership and communication skills to create a great customer experience.
