Job summary

Soma in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will help foster a welcoming environment and create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

About the role

You’ll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
