Job summary

Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 5349-Eastview Mall-Soma-Victor, NY 14564. You will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving a seamless customer experience, and upholding our culture of hospitality.

You will hire, develop, and coach associates, lead by example on the sales floor, and ensure visual standards and brand integrity across all activities. The role requires flexibility and strong leadership in a fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience.
