What you need:

  • A positive attitude!
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability during daytime and nighttime hours
  • At least 1 year of retail or restaurant management experience

  • Assisting the General Manager in achieving profit goals, ensuring guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Creating a fun, productive, and respectful culture.
  • Supporting daily restaurant operations and stepping into any station as needed.
  • Ensuring high-quality hospitality and service as the Manager on Duty.
  • Maintaining food standards, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Managing personnel records, schedules, and administrative reports.
  • Adhering to operational procedures and marketing plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Decision-making areas include:

  • Team member assignments
  • Purchasing within inventory and budget guidelines
  • Disciplinary actions in the absence of the General Manager
  • Escalating issues as needed
  • Shift operation decisions

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively.
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance.
