Requirements:

• Positive attitude

• Availability during daytime and nighttime
• At least 1 year of retail or restaurant management experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing restaurant operations to meet profit goals and ensure guest satisfaction
• Support in creating a fun, productive, and respectful work environment
• Operate at any station as needed and ensure high standards of hospitality and service
• Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Oversee personnel records, scheduling, and administrative reports
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulations
• Support marketing and promotional activities during shifts

Decision-making areas include:

• Team member assignments
• Purchasing within inventory and budget constraints
• Disciplinary actions in the absence of the General Manager
• Escalation of issues to higher management

Physical requirements:
