Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store and participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for success. The role includes hiring, directing staff, and driving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
