Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Albemarle, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10–15 person team on a fast-paced outdoor site. The role blends hands-on operations with light administration, driving guest satisfaction and daily performance.

You will train and develop staff, maintain a clean facility, and ensure safety and efficiency while adapting to changing schedules, including evenings and weekends. Prior leadership experience and a readiness to work in all weather are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
