Midea America Corp. is seeking an Assistant Manager Order Management to oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process.

This role connects customers with sales, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to optimize order performance and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing order entry through delivery, improving visibility, and driving KPI improvements such as on-time delivery and order fill rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, customer operations, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end order management from entry to delivery.
• Ensure timely processing, validation, scheduling, and fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor order status and resolve delivery issues.
• Establish and maintain order management policies and service standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex order issues and improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to communicate delivery risks and solutions.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Production, and Logistics to align supply with demand.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate allocation during constraints.
• Support S&OP activities with order and fulfillment insights.
• Develop and track KPIs (OTD, fill rate, perfect order, etc.).
• Ensure data integrity within ERP/order systems; lead system enhancements and reporting.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Order Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize order management performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Order Management & Fulfillment

• Manage the end-to-end order management process from order entry through delivery.
• Ensure timely processing, validation, scheduling, and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery commitments.
• Establish and maintain order management policies, procedures, and service standards.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Serve as an escalation point for complex customer order issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage customer order priorities and communicate delivery risks and solutions.
• Drive improvements in order visibility and customer communication

Supply Chain Coordination

• Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to align supply with customer demand.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate allocation strategies during supply constraints.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities by providing order and fulfillment insights.
• Ensure accurate ATP (Available-to-Promise) and delivery commitments.

Performance Management

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Order Fill Rate
• Perfect Order Performance
• Backorder Management
• Order Cycle Time
• Customer Satisfaction Metrics
• Analyze trends and implement corrective actions to improve service levels.

Systems & Data Management

• Ensure data integrity within ERP and order management systems.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, or similar systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, customer operations, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes and supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, consumer goods, or technology industries.
• Experience leading global or regional order management operations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Management Experience – PSI, Production Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management.
