Wisdom Teeth Guys in Phoenix is seeking an organized, energetic Office Manager to assist our Surgery Manager across a mobile surgery team serving 6 rotating locations in the Phoenix metro area.

The role requires Spanish language skills, a willingness to work every other Saturday, and a background in dental office management with the ability to coordinate front and back office operations both in-office and remotely on non-surgical days.

Formación

• Experience in dental office management, preferably with exposure to oral surgery.
• Fluent or proficient Spanish language skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Surgery Manager in day-to-day operations of surgery days.
• Prepare patient charts for surgery day.
• Manage a team of 4 oral surgery assistants.
• Call patients/parents for pre-op and day-of-surgery communications.
• Post patients' treatments to the ledger and handle payments.
• Greet patients and manage front desk duties.
• Support management in instrument and supply orders.
• Oversee hand pieces, crash carts, oxygen and other equipment.
• Ensure smooth operations from front to back.

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for a dynamic individual to assist our Surgery Manager in managing one mobile surgery team and its 6 rotating locations across the Phoenix metro area!

Please Note:

This position requires working every other Saturday

Spanish language skills required

Wisdom Teeth Guys is a premier provider of wisdom teeth removal in several markets. You will work with several talented local dentists and oral surgeons.

We operate 3-4 surgery days per week in the Phoenix metro area. We rotate surgery days amongst the locations. The days each week are usually Tues-Fri and every other Saturday. Non-surgical days you will work from our executive office or remotely.

Office locations we will rotate around are Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Central Phoenix and Tucson (2 days a month).

Responsibilities

• Assist our Surgery Manager in all day to day operations of surgery days.
• Helping to prepare patient charts for surgery day.
• Help manage a team of 4 oral surgery assistants.
• Calling patients/parents prior to surgery day and conducting pre-op calls.
• Posting patients' treatments to the ledger.
• Taking payments & greeting patients.
• Support management in instrument & supply orders.
• Help manage hand pieces, crash carts, oxygen and other equipment.
• Make sure things run smoothly from front to back.

Great people skills are required. Oral surgery experience (Ideallyboth front office and back office) and a passion for the dental industry is required.
