Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time Oral Surgeon for our Mesa, AZ offices. You will provide high-quality patient care with clinical autonomy and collaborate with a supportive team.

The role requires travel to all three offices and a schedule of two days per month, with emphasis on patient-centered treatment. Qualifying candidates hold an Oral Surgery Residency Certificate and a current dental license, plus CPR, DEA, and NPI where applicable.

Qualifications

• Oral Surgery Residency Certificate required.
• Current State Dental License or ability to acquire one.
• CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications preferred.

Office Location:
