U-Haul is seeking two professionals to join the On-Site Management Team at the Plano center. One will serve as General Manager and the other as Assistant Manager, sharing leadership to drive performance, service excellence and efficient center operations.

Each applicant applies separately for their role. On-site housing is provided, with the team residing in company housing at the center, to stay closely connected with the operation and local community.

U-Haul is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated On-Site Management Team to join our organization. This unique opportunity is designed for two professionals who will work together to oversee the daily operations of a U-Haul center, with one individual serving as the General Manager and the other serving as the Assistant Manager. To be considered for this opportunity, each individual must apply separately for their respective position. One applicant must apply for the General Manager role, and the other applicant must apply for the Assistant Manager role. Together, you will provide leadership, drive business performance, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the efficient operation of the center.

On-site housing is provided as part of this opportunity. The selected management team will reside in company-provided housing located at the center, offering a convenient living arrangement while allowing you to be fully engaged in the operation and local community.

Primary Responsibilities

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
