• Under the administrative direction of the Moving & Surplus Manager, the Moving Assistant Manager is responsible for program operations and administration, vendor and contract administration, personnel management, financial management, workplace safety and compliance, customer service and outreach, and program results for the UW Moving program.
• This position supervises, directs, and schedules the work of a Program Support Supervisor II and a Program Coordinator, ensuring effective team operations and service delivery.
• The Moving Assistant Manager is also responsible for strategic planning, organizing, controlling, evaluating the activities of the Moving Services program, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
