Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is recruiting a Halfords Mobile Expert Assistant Manager to lead and mentor our tyre fitting and technician teams from the Greenford hub. You’ll ensure high standards of service, run hub operations and support customers at home, work or elsewhere with a first-class experience.

The role requires prior management experience, computer literacy, and a full driving licence. You’ll work five days a week 6am–8pm with alternating weekends, and enjoy extensive employee discounts and

Qualifications

Experience in a management role (Assistant Manager, Workshop Controller or Centre Manager).
Be computer literate and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Have a full driving licence with no more than 6 points and held for at least 12 months.
Available to work 5 days per week between 6am–8pm, with every other weekend.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor tyre fitting and technician teams to deliver high quality service.
Ensure hub vehicles and staff are on the road promptly and hub is opened/closed as needed.
Provide first-class customer experience and support home/work/mobile tyre fitting services.
