Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor/manager to lead daily operations at our Alexandria location. The role emphasizes training, performance metrics, and staff development while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced tanning and wellness environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing and developing staff, analyzing sales data to maximize revenue, and ensuring compliance with safety and banking requirements. Training is provided to support growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain a productive environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
