StorageMart is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Long Island City, NY. You will support daily operations, drive sales goals, and engage with customers across in-person, phone, and email channels, while maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential.
• Comfortable performing light maintenance and outdoor work as needed.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, and account management) are expected.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning
• Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries
• Manage account records, billing, and collections
• Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards
