StorageMart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves supporting daily operations, customer engagement, and helping drive store sales goals.

You will provide friendly service in person, over the phone, and via email, handle rentals, accounts, and payments, and assist with closeout duties. Training is provided for retail and customer service tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, account management).
