Job summary

LOFT in Strongsville, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a positive store culture. This role offers leadership responsibilities on the sales floor and a chance to engage customers and team members daily.

You will coach associates, recruit and develop talent, leverage technology for a seamless omnichannel experience, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive results and operational excellence.

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.
