Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a Panda Express store in California. You will assist in hiring, supervising, and directing team members to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

A formal store leadership training program of 3 or more weeks will prepare you to lead confidently. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to ensure store success.
