Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders for its store management team in Oregon. The Assistant Manager will help oversee a single Panda Express location, guiding associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
