The role requires a high school diploma, weekend flexibility, and Serve Safe certified food safety practices. Training will start with 3+ weeks of leadership training and mentorship from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
