Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week store leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership during store operations and participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
