As an Assistant Manager you are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction. A 3+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete a 3+ week store leadership training program.
