• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure quality service and safety.
• Support store leadership training and development initiatives.
