Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead hiring, coaching and scheduling to support store performance.
• Complete a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
