Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a dependable Assistant Manager to help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth daily store operations at our New Jersey location.

The role includes supervising shifts, training staff, managing inventory, and supporting the General Manager with scheduling and store goals. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; prior restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.

• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
