Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards.
• Oversee kitchen quality, safety, costs, and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff is trained and service areas are organized.
