Burger King Assistant Managers play a critical role in driving restaurant performance and developing strong, high‑performing teams. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and solid financial results.

This hands‑on leadership role involves leading shifts, coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators, maintaining brand standards, managing inventory, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast‑paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• 18 years of age or older with legal work eligibility.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to build skills and confidence.
• Maintain BK brand standards and drive guest satisfaction through hands‑on leadership.
• Support profitability by managing inventory, orders, and cash controls, while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
