• Assist RGM with Hiring, Training, Building a Bench of Key Holding Managers and Team Members in Restaurant.
• Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience.
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards.
• Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principals.
• Assist RGM with Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes.
• Ensure All Team Members Have the Tools and Knowledge Necessary for Success.
• Develop a Store Team that Has High Customer Satisfaction Results.
• Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds Brand Standards and Processes on Shifts.
• Assist the RGM with Career Development and Performance Management Process for Restaurant Team (MSM).
