Job summary

Pizza Hut seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by coaching shift leaders, trainers and team members, and by driving smooth daily operations. The role focuses on hiring, training, and building a strong team culture while upholding Pizza Hut brand standards.

The ARGM will oversee inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance, while delivering exceptional customer service and a positive employee experience at the store level.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certified
• MSM Courses 7-9
• Valid Driver's License Preferred
• Lead On! Shift Leader experience is a plus
