Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to join our team in Eden, NC. You will direct shift leaders and team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold Pizza Hut standards, driving store culture and service excellence.

The ARGM will assist with hiring, training, inventory oversight, scheduling, and performance development while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment that reflects the Tasty Hut, LLC brand.

• Assist RGM with Hiring, Training, Building a Bench of Key Holding Managers and Team Members in Restaurant
• Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards
• Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principals
• Assist RGM with Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes
• Ensure All Team Members Have the Tools and Knowledge Necessary for Success
• Develop a Store Team that Has High Customer Satisfaction Results
• Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds Brand Standards and Processes on Shifts
• Assist the RGM with Career Development and Performance Management for Restaurant Team
• Execute all Pizza Hut Provided Training Material and Courses
• Compliant with All Laws and Regulations

• Expert Knowledge and Utilization of Pizza Hut Provided Tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia)
• Executes all Pizza Hut Provided Training Material and Courses, Follows Up with Team Members on Execution
• Compliant with All Laws and Regulations
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment is Provided in Restaurant
• Maintains a Clean, Organized Restaurant That Meets All Health and Safety Regulations
