Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and inspire the team.
• Maintain Applebee’s standards and guest experience.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and health compliance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support operations from line checks to paperwork.
• Jump in to assist in cooking, bartending, or greeting guests.
