Dandy is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Candor, NY store to lead TEAM Members and support the Store Manager in a fast and fun environment. You’ll ensure great guest service, supervise daily operations, and help with scheduling and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred.

• Communicate with Store Manager about operations, staff performance, scheduling, and training.
