Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager and shift leaders.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, certify staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create a guest-focused culture and drive guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans.
• Communicate priorities and results to team.
• Support product rollouts such as training and sampling.
